RWA’s Managed Services Plans help a client’s daily business operations stay up and running by limiting technical problems from occurring and minimizing the impact when they occur. This is accomplished through customized routine maintenance, monitoring, and testing.

Break/Fix

RWA is available on an on-call basis for our customers when a technical problem surfaces. We strive to get problems rectified as soon as possible allowing their daily IT operations to be productive. For those clients that are either new to RWA or not on our Management Services Plan, we offer Break/Fix Services through our Helpdesk, Remote Services, and Technician Dispatch teams
