RWA is always available for our customers when a technical problem surfaces. This allows a non-managed services client to keep their technical IT issues at bay using a full-time on-call support service. For those clients that are either new to RWA or not on our Managed Services Plan, we offer Break/Fix Services through our Helpdesk, Remote Services, and Technician Dispatch teams. Break/Fix services are available by the hour or in packages of Block Hour Plans of 10, 50, and 100 hours.
